Personnel<\/h2><\/div>

LandsAid is an organization with relatively few employees and, consequently, low personnel costs. Six people are employed at the office, some of them part-time. In addition, between 15 and 20 volunteers contribute to the organization\u2019s work in various areas. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Use of the donations<\/h2><\/div>

The administrative and advertising costs calculated by the DZI as a percentage of total expenditure have fluctuated between 5 and 19 percent in recent years – depending on expenditure and projects. As a small association, however, we are very economical in our administration and public relations work, averaging less than ten percent. Personnel costs are also included here.  <\/p>\n

Expenses and income<\/h2><\/div>

Our expenditure and income are regularly reviewed by the German Central Institute for Social Issues (DZI). They regularly certify the proper use of donations, which is why we are entitled to bear the corresponding seal. <\/p>\n
