Objectives of LandsAid e.V.
LandsAid e.V. is a nonprofit, charitable humanitarian nongovernmental organization (NGO) based in Munich (formerly in Kaufering near Landsberg am Lech). LandsAid’s work aims to provide rapid and professional assistance to people who are in distress due to natural or environmental disasters, armed conflicts, or oppression. Humanitarian emergency aid will always be targeted and time-limited. Nevertheless, within the scope of its capabilities, the organization strives to empower those affected to help themselves and thus offer them prospects for the future.

This objective is implemented in three areas:

All LandsAid employees and members are committed to the core values of compassion, sincerity, mutual respect, and respect for human dignity. Their involvement is voluntary, altruistic, and never intended to spread or promote political or religious ideologies.
LandsAid employees view the organization’s work on international projects as an opportunity to develop a deeper mutual understanding and promote intercultural exchange through partnership and collaboration with other cultures.

Our tasks

Rapid medical assistance
In the event of a disaster, by volunteer medical teams under professional leadership or by local partners.

Project work
We attach great importance to sustainability and effectiveness as well as good cooperation with other NGOs and UN organizations

Training of emergency services
We feel responsible for the well-being of our emergency services – both during their preparation for an operation and afterwards.
